Liz Burt

One of the newer created varieties that is becoming very popular. It is a pink, slightly elongated, rounded beefsteak with a meaty texture. The flavor is really good, as it was created from 2 favorites, Brandywine and Cherokee Purple. It has a little more tang so has a nice intense flavor. Production is very good of 8-12 oz fruits.
